Shipping Policy
Processing time - All items at ShopArtisa have a processing time of 3-5 business days. Custom items are processed within 1-2 weeks.
*Note: the processing time does NOT include shipping time.

Shipping info - All orders are shipped via Canada Post- Standard Shipping.
Orders in the GTA - shipping time is 3-5 business days
Orders outside of the GTA - 5-7 business days
International orders - 7-12 business days

Return & Exchange Policy
Shopartisa does NOT offer any returns or exchanges. All items are made-to-order and are FINAL SALE. Any damaged or missing items should be reported within 5 days of receiving the package with photo evidence. Refunds can only be returned to the original form of payment.
